[The video opens on a cluster of eggs under a tree in Mahogany Town:

Apollo's Fearow and Shiny Archeops stand proudly over the Archen eggs, his Furret is curled up with the Sentret eggs, his Zangoose stands behind the Zangoose eggs with her arms crossed, chewing on a twig, and Firaga the Growlithe... starts off sitting behind the Growlithe eggs wagging his tail, but soon runs around Furret and the Sentret eggs, then over to Zangoose and the Zangoose eggs, then back to Furret, then back to the Growlithe eggs... He's super excited at all the kids he has now, okay?]

Fearow, Archeops, Furret, Firaga, and Zangoose all had eggs. [Well Fearow and Firaga didn't actually do the laying but you know what he means.] They're all okay with other people raising their children, as long as they're taken good care of. If anyone wants to look after one, I can send the eggs to any Pokémon Center from here, so if you're traveling the egg can be waiting for you at the next town.

[What else... oh, right.]

I've heard that depending on what moves the parents know the children might be born knowing some of them. I don't know what all of the moves these children will be born with are, but I know some of them. [He focuses the camera on each group of eggs as he talks about them.] The Archen will be born knowing Quick Attack, Leer, and Wing Attack. Fearow likes to fight and Archeops is very aggressive and territorial, so their children might be the same. [He's warned you. You can't complain to him later if you end up with a vicious fossil bird like he did.] The Sentret will be born knowing Scratch, Foresight, and Flamethrower. [Yes, he did just say that he has fire-breathing squirrels available.] The Growlithe will be born knowing Bite and Roar. And the Zangoose will be born knowing Scratch and Leer. If any of them are born knowing any other moves, could you tell me?

[The Archen have all been claimed, but there are still some of the others left!]

[Just when you thought that all the Christmas egg hatching posts were over with and everyone could focus on the new arrivals, Apollo's egg starts to hatch, and since he sees other people recording their eggs hatching he figures that some people might be interested. The miracle of birth and all that.

Now here's an egg no one's likely to recognize, though Cecil will recognize the self-warming egg pillow it's sitting on at least. The video shows that the egg is in a cave not too far from a nice fire, with a larger-than-average Fearow, a Furret, and a Growlithe watching intently, a Zangoose leaning against a plastic bin in the background, chewing on a twig and looking only vaguely interested, and what perceptive viewers might recognize as the arms and legs of a very large Golurk sitting mostly off-camera. The pokégear has obviously been propped up on something, since Apollo comes around from behind it and sits down next to the egg, which is shaking and gaining another crack every few seconds.]

I guess today is a day for eggs. Combee and Vespiquen laid some eggs while I had them out of the PC to check on them, and now the egg that appeared a while ago is finally hatching. It's too bad it didn't hatch while I was near a PC, then everyone could have seen it- [A particularly large and loud crack interrupts him and he leans a bit closer to the egg, which glows white and transforms into...

Whatever it is, it sparkles as it makes its debut. It looks around curiously as the assembled Pokémon greet it, Apollo smiling and giving a psychic greeting that doesn't get picked up by the pokégear. It continues to look around quietly for a few more seconds before...]

Arrrrrrrrr!

[With a horrible screech it uses Quick Attack, headbutting Apollo in the forehead and knocking him back, then zooming over to hit Fearow, then Furret and Firaga the Growlithe. Zangoose charges in because this situation obviously needs a woman's no-so-delicate fist, only to be hit by a Wing Attack that makes her stumble and accidentally punch Firaga. Golurk tries to grab the baby, but it's low Speed stat makes that a futile gesture at best. The baby continues to dart between the other Pokémon for a bit longer, getting them to accidentally hit each other several times, before knocking over the pokégear as it darts past and heads for the cave's entrance. Fearow passes by the camera, the look on his face unmistakable as being that of someone who's just developed a crush - if this were animated and not reality, his eyes would be big pink hearts right about now. The feed continues for a while longer, allowing the viewer to fully appreciate the cave's ceiling, before finally shutting off.]

[Responses will be ICly delayed until Apollo can catch his new fossil Pokémon.]

[Even though this has happened before, Apollo didn't see it coming this time either, so he's almost as surprised as last time. The only difference this time is that he knows now that mammal-like Pokémon come from eggs, so there isn't that revelation to deal with as well.]

Furret had eggs again, this time with Firaga. Combee and Vespiquen had eggs too.

[He moves the camera to show a forest green canvas tarp with all of these on it:

Also visible are a Furret trying to comfort a Sentret who walked in on Mommy doing things with Firaga, a Growlithe who's eagerly racing around the Sentret and Growlithe eggs, sniffing and nuzzling them, a Vespiquen reclining regally among the Combee eggs with a Combee flittering around her, and a Zangoose with a twig in her mouth, pounding her fist into the palm of her other hand while glaring at an Autumn Form Sawsbuck who has a black eye as a result of being a little too pushy about getting on with this whole egg-making business with someone who's known him for less than two weeks.]

Since winter's almost here it would be better if the eggs were taken care of by someone. I don't want to have to leave them in the PC all winter if I can help it. They're okay with me giving the eggs to other people as long as they're taken good care of.

There are four Sentret eggs, two Growlithe eggs, and eight Combee eggs here. Sentret look like this [Camera focuses on the slightly traumatized Sentret.] and they evolve into Furret like this one [Camera focuses on the Furret holding the aforementioned Sentret.], Growlithe look like this [Camera focuses on the super-energetic Growlithe.], and Combee look like this [Camera focuses on the Combee tending to his queen.] and the females evolve into Vespiquen like this one [Camera focuses on the Vespiquen.]. I can have Nurse Joy send them to your PC Box at whatever PokéCenter you're closest to.

[Egg claim post is here. There are still some left, including one more fire-breathing squirrel!]

[Someone's in a good mood after 4th wall.]

This wasn't where I went to sleep, and the sun rose in a different place this morning. Did this happen to anyone else? I think that this is like what happened before where everyone was asleep for three days, but waking up here is a lot better than waking up in Goldenrod City. You can buy fish here, for one thing, and I can tell that it's actually meat from a fish, not like the other meat you can get from the stores where I can't find out anything about the animal it came from. [He's going to buy so much fish. He'll dry it or keep it in the PC or something, but it's not mystery meat!

He turns the camera to show the outside of the berry orchard in Pallet Town, with the glass roofs of the hothouses being the main things visible.]

This place grows all kinds of berries that I haven't seen anywhere else. Apparently most of the plants need to grow in warmer places so these special buildings keep them at the right temperature all the time. It makes me wonder if I could make a smaller one somewhere else. I asked the people here how it worked and it doesn't sound very complicated to do.

[He moves the camera to show a forest green canvas tarp spread out on the grass, with at least one of every kind of berry the orchard grows sitting on it, and his bag next to it, overflowing with even more berries. You know that "small fee" that the orchard charges for an hour of picking berries? Apollo's obviously paid that fee several times and has been picking berries all day. Almost all of his Pokémon are gathered around the tarp, apparently doing a taste test of all the different berries. He's got a larger-than-average Fearow, a Furret, a Sentret, a Sawsbuck, a much larger-than-average Golurk, a Combee, a Vespiquen, a Growlithe, and... a Zangoose? Yes, it seems he has somehow ended up with a new addition to his team, who's eating a Spelon Berry around the twig it's holding in its mouth.]

Zangoose was with me when I woke up. I don't remember her asking to come with me even though she does, but I remember riding with her and a bunch of other Zangoose on the back of a bird Pokémon called Ho-Oh and the Zangoose jumping off of Ho-Oh to attack Cobra Commander and the humans who were with him, but I don't remember what happened after that. I also remember walking through a forest and being able to talk to the trees again, and something about some ruins filled with Pokémon who looked like letters. There are some other things that I can remember that don't make sense, but I don't understand what most of them mean.

[As Apollo's finishing the last part, a Solrock floats past the camera silently. And upside-down. After a moment the camera moves to follow it, now right side up, as it floats around.]

I don't remember meeting Solrock before though, and it doesn't remember meeting me or going into a Poké Ball. It doesn't mind being with me, but it feels strange for neither of us to remember it deciding to come along.

[He turns the camera back to focus on himself.]

Did anyone else have something like this happen to them?
