[The video opens on the Lake of Rage, before angling down to show Apollo's face. He's lying on his back in the grass next to the lake. Unlike some of his previous posts, he's not just his usual calm self. He's in a good mood right now, if that contented smile is anything to go by.]

This place really reminds me of home. A lake, a forest, mountains... The giant water snakes who sometimes try to eat me when I go swimming are different, but other than that it's a lot like home. It's nice here. The Pokémon with me like it too.

[The arm holding the gear falls to the ground and the camera films the sky through blades of grass for a while before Apollo sits up and points it back at his face. He's serious now.]

What do I need to know to beat the gym in Goldenrod City? How do I know if the Pokémon with me are strong enough to win?

[That's good. My human and I hoped that he would take good care of you, even though he didn't seem that friendly. I'm glad we were right. [A pause.] Oh, my human says he's glad that you're doing well too.

It sounds like you won't have any problems with your human and the other Pokémon. Be careful though. Don't rush into battles until you know that you're strong enough to win.]

[Furret chuckles. Apollo lets us decide if we want to go into battle. Fearow is almost always the first one out and the rest of us have to try and catch up. Usually we just have to wait until Fearow's off battling a flier and then we'll take turns battling whoever we come across in the meantime.]

[I think so too. I'm the only girl in this group right now and all of the others seem to want to fight a lot lately. Apollo doesn't though, even though he's a boy human. Does Geddoe like fighting?]
