[The video opens on Apollo sitting on a bench outside of the Celadon City Pokémon Center. A cameramon is obviously involved, considering that both of his arms are visible. He's not wearing his cloak for once, given the heat, just the loose green sleeveless shirt he usually wears under it. He does have visible muscles, but his arms are still pretty skinny. He also seems kind of... uncertain? about this post.]
I finally got off of that route and ended up in a place called "Celadon City". I talked to Nurse Joy and found out that there's a "Magnet Train" in Saffron City that I can take to get back to Johto. It sounds like it will take a lot of money though. Is there some way to get back as fast that doesn't need as much money?
[He could end it there, but no, he can't ignore the thing that's bothering him anymore. He brings his hands into the picture, holding up a well-worn hardcover book: "An Examination of the Historical Basis for the Myths of the Kingdom of Alisia".]
This is one of Grandpa's books. After he died I left it on the shelf with his other books, right where he left it. It was in the PC when I checked it. How did it get there? I thought that only people came here, not other things.
[He puts the book back on his lap, looking down at it for a moment.]
It feels kind of like someone dug up his grave.
[The cameramon wisely decides to end the video there.]
[Later, Apollo can be found with a Combee and a Vespiquen, looking through any flower and gardening shops they can find, buying seeds and flowering plants. He definitely looks like someone who's entirely there for the sake of the Pokémon, and could probably use some cheering up.]

Date: 2013-06-13 10:24 am (UTC)He still seems fairly severe when he responds, though he isn't trying to be, and it's fairly clear that Apollo isn't the only one seeming uncertain about all of this; he's locked the feed down, at least, because this doesn't seem like a conversation that people should have out in the open.]
This place has given a few of us reminders from home, it looks like - my classmates and I received things as well. Some of them are a lot crueler than others.
[His expression flickers a little. His own definitely wasn't nice; he tries to keep it away from his thoughts for the most part. Oowada-kun's is the one that concerns him right now; it seems to have made him a bit strange. But that is neither here nor there right now.]
I can see where what you got might trouble you - are you going to be fine?
Date: 2013-06-13 09:14 pm (UTC)Yeah, I'll be fine. I just wish that it had been something else that had come here. Like some pelts for the winter.

Date: 2013-06-14 11:34 am (UTC)This world doesn't seem to be very fond of practical things - either giving or providing. It's really disorganized and inconvenient like that!
[...to...say the least...]
Were you very fond of your grandfather, then? You've mentioned him to me before; from the sound of it you respected him, at least.
Date: 2013-06-14 12:02 pm (UTC)[He doesn't know what "fond" means, but he knows what the rest of what Ishimaru's saying means.]
Of course I respected him. He taught me everything that I didn't learn for myself.

Date: 2013-06-18 12:54 pm (UTC)I'm not sure if it's comforting having something of his here or not. I never missed having anything of his for all the time that I've been here.
Date: 2013-06-13 01:56 pm (UTC)[Which he's always found impractical, but apparently the world doesn't care.]
...Those items are meant to be reminders of home. I doubt whatever was responsible meant to hurt you with it.
Date: 2013-06-13 09:25 pm (UTC)I'm not really hurt by it, it just... feels wrong. I left Grandpa's books and his bed the way that he left them. Whoever brought it here should have left Grandpa's things alone.
[He isn't sure how to explain his feelings, but most people can understand the idea of leaving the deceased's effects in place as a memorial of sorts, even if Apollo can't explain why he felt the need to do so.]
Date: 2013-06-14 04:42 pm (UTC)[He remembers something was said about strong winds when it first became available, but surely those are not always blowing?]
...If you put it that way, it should have, yes. But sometimes I wonder if someone truly did select those items deliberately, or if it merely a random choice.
Date: 2013-06-15 05:03 pm (UTC)[Also according to Bulbapedia the Magnet Train moves at over 340 miles per hour, so that probably won't work, but neither of them are particularly familiar with advanced technology to begin with. They probably both think that the train moves a lot slower than it does.]
I guess that it's just like how we ended up here. We don't know if we were chosen or if it was just random.
Date: 2013-06-16 03:17 am (UTC)[Considering that FF4's airships officially don't even break the 100 miles per hour mark...]
Indeed. The only difference is that objects are taken much less often; perhaps they are more difficult to transport, somehow.
Date: 2013-06-16 05:58 am (UTC)[And yet later on in Apollo's canon he pilots a giant robot that can circle the Earth in under a minute.]
If they were harder to transport wouldn't we come here without any clothes?
Date: 2013-06-17 02:48 am (UTC)[...If he knew about that, he'd be jealous.]
True, that'd probably be the case. Unless physical contact with a living being somehow helps with that.
Date: 2013-06-18 12:51 pm (UTC)[It isn't as fun as it sounds. For starters it shows him the entire planet and all human suffering when it first boots up.]
Maybe. I've never seen anything moved somewhere without traveling the whole distance in between before, so I don't know how it usually works.
Date: 2013-06-19 01:02 pm (UTC)Usually teleportation does involve the obejects in the teleportee's possession, but that's because the caster deliberately includes them. I've no idea how it would work in this particular case.
Date: 2013-06-20 04:23 am (UTC)[He's imagining a world where people randomly get teleported to other places like during 4th wall.]

Date: 2013-06-21 12:34 am (UTC)[Video]
Date: 2013-06-21 02:56 am (UTC)[Explaining the subtle differences between psychics and mages is probably more trouble than it's worth, isn't it?]
Date: 2013-06-21 05:12 pm (UTC)[...Maybe, but he can still try.]
Date: 2013-06-22 03:50 am (UTC)[Suddenly seeming a little down again.]
Can magic heal any wound? Or are there things that it can't heal?
Date: 2013-06-22 04:47 pm (UTC)[Video]
Date: 2013-06-23 10:03 pm (UTC)[A brief moment of silence.]
It would still be nice to be able to do something like that. Maybe if you used regular ways to treat someone and magic at the same time it could do even more.

Date: 2013-06-15 11:03 am (UTC)[ Although he minds his find much less. ]
I'm sorry if you're unhappy about that item. Perhaps if you leave it in the PC, it'll be taken back?
video;
Date: 2013-06-15 05:08 pm (UTC)[He looks down at the book.]
...I'm not sure what to do with this. I don't want anything to happen to it. ...I guess I can just leave it in the PC for now. It's probably safest there.
video;
Date: 2013-06-22 01:34 am (UTC)I think there are many things we don't know about, here!
...Either way, I think that's probably the way to keep it safest. I hope it works out for you.

Date: 2013-06-22 03:47 am (UTC)I hope it works out too.

Date: 2013-07-03 05:51 pm (UTC)...By the way, I don't think I caught your name! I'm Mitsukuni Haninozuka, but you can call me Honey if you like. Most people do.
